We are residents of Peschiera del Garda for several years and we are pleased to be able to offer our guests the opportunity to get to know Lake Garda with all its fascinating facets.

It’s ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends and can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. It has free public parking and a private covered parking space. You can use the outdoor swimming pool and sunbathe in the garden.
Madonnina D17
It offers a bright and modern space that is perfect for an unforgettable holiday on the lake ideal for families and groups of up to 6 people. It has free internal parking Equipped with a communal swimming pool, ideal for cooling off during the hot summer days, with sunbeds and umbrellas available. The private terrace equipped with table and chairs, perfect for outdoor lunches or moments of relax.
Peschiera del Garda and surroundings
The Residence La Meridiana is located south of Lake Garda, in Peschiera del Garda. The location directly on the Minci or, the canals and the mighty walls that surround it, give the old village a particularly idyllic atmosphere. The fortress and walls of Peschiera del Garda they have been part of the UNESCO world heritage site since 2017. Relax and enjoy the tranquility walk through the alleys: you will find many shops, bars and restaurants. Every Monday you can instead wander around the market stalls.
The hinterland offers an enchanting hilly landscape amidst the vineyards of the Lugana wine area.
Not far from the lake, about 5 km from the apartment, among the hills, is Castelnuovo del Garda, a small town characterized by vineyards, olive trees and old farms.
Peschiera del Garda is, besides Desenzano, the only town on Lake Garda with a station railway. It is a few minutes walk from the residence and is an important hub for those traveling by train, as it is also one of the express train stops on the Milan-Venice route.

The famous Gardaland amusement park is only 2 km away and can be reached on foot (in about 25 minutes) or by bicycle or bus (free from the station every 30 minutes). About 5 km from the apartment there are also the Actionpark Movieland and the Acquapark CanevaWorld. Lovers of tranquility will instead be able to choose between several thermal baths: Therme Villa dei Cedri Colá (6km), Aquaria Thermal Wellness Center (16km), Acquardens Spa (21km). Within a 15km radius there are also the Parco Natura Viva Zoo, the heavenly gardens of the Parco Giardino Sigurtà and the Scaligero Castle.
Transport network
Peschiera del Garda has always been an important road and railway hub that can be easily reached. Express trains on the Milan-Venice route also stop at the train station, which can be reached on foot in just a few minutes from the apartment. Verona airport is only 30 minutes away by car.
